I’ve been working out with Bruce for 5 months, and it has made a big difference in both my appearance and the way I feel. I’ve lost close to 20 lbs, and so far, I’ve been able to maintain the weight loss. My strength and mobility are both noticeably improved. Bruce customizes his training to the client, teaches the correct form, and is continually varying and increasing the intensity of the workouts. I would (and have) recommend Bruce as a trainer!
